Therapy is a unique opportunity to have a safe, nonbiased, empathic environment to understand the issues that create anxiety and conflict in your life. My goal as a counselor is to help my clients develop new perspectives that lead to solutions to struggles. We all have struggles that arise in our lives, and therapy offers an opportunity for assistance in navigating those struggles.

Therapy can be an avenue for self growth and personal development as well. If you don’t have a specific complaint, but feel like life is just not quite right, therapy can provide you a safe place for self exploration. Sometimes we just know that something needs to change. Therapy creates an environment for change and growth to occur.
